Job Description:

A company is looking for a Merchant Support Representative in the US, who will provide front-line telephonic queue support for accepting merchants, manage merchant/site setups and administration, handle exception management, contribute to operating performance, and assist with special projects as assigned.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide front-line telephonic queue support for accepting merchants, handling various research requests and completing tasks using multiple platforms and supporting applications
Manage merchant/site setups and administration, including rate or term changes, bank changes, settle entity administration, and 1099K compliance validations
Handle exception management, ensuring proper customer billing, merchant settlement, and revenue recognition, by managing error/reject corrections, ticket requests and disputes, manual transaction entry, and transaction diversion requests

Required Qualifications:

High School Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
3-4 years related experience in a customer service role
Must have OTR experience
Computer proficiency and experience with Microsoft Outlook Excel and Word
Must successfully pass a background investigation
