Job Description:
A company is looking for a Service Desk Specialist I.
Key Responsibilities:
Consult on automation and self-service solutions for the entire
organization
Provide technical support for networking, desktop, hardware, and
software
Set up and orient new users and support office build-out and
infrastructure improvements
Required Qualifications:
Experience working with partners of all seniority levels
Deep experience supporting macOS, Active Directory, and Windows
end-users and infrastructure
Knowledge of networking such as patching ports, VPN, DHCP, DNS, and
TCP/IP
Ability to convey technical procedures and train non-technical
users
Expertise in GSuite Admin and managing Google Meeting rooms
