Job Description:

A company is looking for a Faculty Onboarding Training and Development Facilitator for part-time remote work.
Key Responsibilities:

Research and develop training modules for new faculty training and assessment courses
Design, implement, and improve processes for scheduling training sections and facilitators
Facilitate new faculty training and assessment courses when needed

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree
1+ years of experience in higher education and prior work with faculty
Apply instructional design theories and principles to online learning
Comfort with learning new technical skills
