Human Resources Generalist - Bilingual Pay from $60,000 to $90,000 per year

Position Responsibilities

• Collaborate with recruiting team and hiring managers to ensure successful selection and onboarding of top talent.
• Plan and conduct new employee orientation and training sessions.
• Partner with management to implement and execute HR-related projects.
• Support benefits and leave administration, including short-term disability, workers' compensation, FMLA and personal leave.
• Serve as a liaison between branch staff and Uline's corporate office.
• Help manage employee engagement initiatives, payroll and corrective action processes.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) - 100% fluent in both verbal and written forms.
  • At least 1 year HR generalist experience, preferably in a warehouse environment.
  • PHR or SPHR certification -a plus.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (Workday).
