Job Description:

A company is looking for a Supervisor - Operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily staffing and workflow, ensuring adherence to department standards
Identify service delivery failures and escalate issues to appropriate business owners
Coach team members, provide performance analysis, and implement action plans for improvement

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required
1-3 years of customer service experience
Minimum one year of management experience
Strong understanding of Service Level and staffing management
Thorough knowledge of operating systems, procedures, and regulations
