Apply today!About the roleAs an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient processing of inbound and outbound materials and refuse of various forms through Reworld's industrial disposal process.Position Responsibilities:

• Receive and process inbound materials, through the safe operation of various types of industrial equipment including but not limited to Volvo L110 front end wheel loader
• Receive, weigh, unpack, and label containers, as necessary
• Ability to load semi-trucks with ferrous, non-ferrous and ash materials.
• Safely operate industrial equipment to consolidate dumped refuse on the tipping floor
• Follow defined industrial and manufacturing good housekeeping practices at all Reworld facilities and within assigned work areas
• Exterior site maintenance and improvement, as needed, which includes: litter collection, Pressure washing, painting and preventative maintenance programs
• Traffic Control for incoming/outgoing traffic
• Assist facility mechanic(s) with equipment repairs on ones own equipment
• Additional duties as assigned to ensure safe and efficient facility operationsPosition Requirements & Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred
  • A minimum of 1 year experience operating industrial equipment
  • Must have the ability to work a rotating shift schedulePhysical Demands of the Role:
    • Ability to walk, stand, sit, and climb
    • Ability to lift/carry 50lbs
    • Ability to work from heights and in confined spaces
    • Qualify to wear a full-face respirator
    • Consistently work in various weather conditionsShift:
