The Benefits Communication Coordinator supports the Benefits Communications Project Manager as well in the trafficking and workflow management of benefits communications from inception to delivery. This role will work cross-functionally across the organization with key stakeholders on multiple communication initiatives.
--- Manage print production projects from conception to final delivery and distribution
--- Manage ad hoc communication requests including scheduling, content development, and facilitating peer reviews
--- Manage email deployment processes by setting up tactics in Salesforce and working with the Eloqua team to execute campaigns
--- Manage multiple calendars and spreadsheets to ensure all projects meet deadlines
--- Investigate new communication techniques, materials, processes and developments to recommend innovative concepts and solutions in a fast-growing environment
--- Collaborate with communication teams and lead team meetings
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor's degree desired or combination of education and work experience.
Training Requirements (licenses, programs, or certificates): N/A
Experience: 1-3 years' prior experience in Marketing/Communications preferred

--- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
--- WORK ENVIRONMENT/OTHER INFORMATION (Travel required, physical requirements, on-call schedules, etc.)
--- Less than 10% travel required
