Job Description:
Duties & Responsibilities
Configure, change, deploy and break/fix office Cisco IP Phone
equipment and services.
Identify, troubleshoot and resolve basic to complex Cisco IP Phone
technical user questions and issues with office devices and
facilities. Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate channels.
Prioritizing and closing tickets in a timely manner.
Document any solutions or resolutions and add them to
knowledgebase.
Help create user manuals
Train users on the use of telecom devices
Ensure prompt and accurate maintenance of inventory-related
data
Qualifications
Experience/Education Required
Associate Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications or related
field experience
Must have extensive knowledge of telephony or telecom for device
management and deployment
Detailed understanding application and operating systems
Strong customer service skills
Experience supporting or working in Cisco environments
Worked on Standard Telephony Technologies such as PRI, POTS, DID,
FXS/FXO, Fax
Knowledge and experience with PBX
Great Communication Skills
