Job Description:
Our client is a general contractor based in SW Florida that
builds a variety of municipal projects including fire stations,
government buildings, libraries, and more. They are looking to hire
a Construction Superintendent to work across multiple projects in
the Fort Myers area of SW Florida.
Experience & Skills:
3-5+ years of Construction Superintendent experience
Municipal or commercial construction experience a must
Schedule, coordinate, and manage subcontractors to ensure timely
project completion
Oversee all on-site work being performed
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Benefits:
Starting salary of $70,000 - $90,000, depending on experience
