Able to prioritize, organize and implement care of the dialysis procedure Works with Registered Nurse specialist as a clinical resource. Is responsible for supplies and education in areas of expertise. Initiates, monitors, and discontinues the dialysis treatment. Keeps the RN informed of any changes of the patient's condition.
