Your primary focus will be to ensure that projects are completed efficiently, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards. You will work closely with the project management team, contractors, suppliers, and clients to maintain a smooth workflow and deliver outstanding results.Duties include: -- Provide a positive experience for our clients and crew.-- Oversee daily jobsite operations, including monitoring and maintaining materials and supplies for multiple crews.-- Scheduling in coordination with Operations Manager.-- Oversee site crew, ensuring the crew is skilled, educated and experienced as per scope of work.-- Ensure all employees follow company policy and safety protocols.-- Oversee training of employees in roofing system installations.-- Ensure that roofing systems are installed at the highest degree of quality in the safest and most cost effective and efficient manner.-- Provide change orders to minor details, work authorizations, and understand pricing tiers for additional work. -- Refer to sales representatives when larger change orders are required. -- Maintain jobsite records, change orders, plywood/lumber reports, delay requests, and weather reports as required.-- Monitor job progress and control costs.-- Inspect work in progress, prevent any issues from growing, and solving all problems as they arise up to company standard and municipality codes.-- Provide support to management as required for materials, scheduling, and cost information.-- Build and maintain a quality installation team to deliver a superior experience to our clients.-- Build company morale and team work with crews.
