  • PTOJob DetailsJob Details:We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated HVAC Supervisor to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent position. The HVAC Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of HVAC technicians, ensuring that all HVAC systems are installed and maintained to the highest standards. This role requires a deep understanding of both residential and commercial HVAC systems, excellent project management skills, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.Responsibilities:
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of HVAC technicians, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standards of quality and safety.
      • Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial HVAC systems.
      • Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to determine the layout of HVAC systems.
      • Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.
      • Train and mentor junior HVAC technicians, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
      • Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems and equipment to identify any issues and ensure optimal performance.
      • Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and successful project delivery.
      • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including health and safety regulations.Qualifications:
        • A minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair, including both residential and commercial systems.
        • Proven supervisory experience in a similar role.
        • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment, including the ability to read and interpret blueprints.
        • Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
        • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to train and mentor junior team members.
        • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
        • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
        • A commitment to health and safety, with knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
