Job Description:
A pharmaceutical services company is seeking a Licensing Analyst
for their Account Management and Program Support team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the application process for multiple clients across multiple
states
Act as a resource for internal and external clients regarding state
licensing issues
Track and monitor the status of submissions, review application
information, and provide updates to Account Managers
Required Qualifications:
Telecommuting available following orientation period
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and
experience
3+ years of project management, regulatory, or training experience
preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience
with SharePoint and Salesforce is a plus
Ability to multitask, exhibit grace under pressure, and maintain
strict confidentiality
Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
