We are seeking a talented and skilled Print Production Graphic Designer with expertise in offset printing design and plate making. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of design principles, and hands-on experience in offset and flexo printing production. If you have a passion for translating creative concepts into visually appealing printed materials, we want you to join our team.

Responsibilities:
--- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to conceptualize and design various print materials.
--- Utilize your offset/flexo printing expertise to create print-ready files, ensuring that designs meet printing specifications and quality standards.
--- Execute plate-making processes using a screen plate setter, ensuring accurate reproduction of designs onto plates.
--- Manage the pre-press phase of projects.
--- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in printing and design techniques to consistently deliver innovative and high-quality print solutions.

Qualifications:
--- Proven experience as a Graphic Artist with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in offset printing design.
--- Proficiency in industry-standard graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
--- Hands-on experience in plate making using a screen plate setter.
--- In-depth knowledge of offset printing processes, color separation, and pre-press procedures.
--- Strong understanding of typography, layout, and design principles.
--- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
--- Effective communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams.
