Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Salesforce Business Systems
Analyst to steward the systems and processes that facilitate
lead-to-cash and the broader customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Ownership & design of SFDC to drive operational agility and
business outcomes
Stewardship of the quality and reliability of data and the
processes that inform it
Equip stakeholders with the tooling, reporting, dashboards, and
analysis they need to operate their respective business units
Required Qualifications:
3-5+ years experience managing revenue and business systems at a
high growth, SaaS startup
Salesforce best practice experience, especially with flow design
and database administration
Demonstrated ownership of database excellence and experience with
data acquisition tools
Experience building dashboards for internal and external
stakeholders
Microsoft Excel fluency
