As our Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing plumbing systems while providing excellent customer service and the opportunity to work with our team of experienced professionals. Sign on Bonus of $5,000

Responsibilities:
--- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for all plumbing-related issues.
--- Installs, maintains and repairs pipes, fixtures associated with water distribution, and sanitation systems in both residential and commercial structures
--- Fixes domestic items, such as garbage disposal, toilets, power vents and tankless water heater, water softeners, whole house R.O systems, all types/manners of piping and Drains
--- Conduct plumbing inspections to identify issues, diagnose root causes, and provide repair services.
--- Inspects drainage and other plumbing systems for compliance with local and national regulations.
--- Maintain accurate records and logs on all service calls and customer inquiries.

Qualifications:
--- Valid driver's license and clean record
--- Demonstrate a willingness to invest time in-service training seminars and classes
--- Ability to follow written and verbal directions as given
--- Demonstrate commitment to developing customer service skills
--- Observe all company procedures and safety rules
--- Minimum of 4 years experience as a residential/commercial service plumber
