the Shipping Receiving Coordinator ensures product availability,
schedules deliveries, maintains associated inventory records, and
assists in the day-to-day coordination of related functions, while
meeting regulatory and safety requirements.--Key
Responsibilities
Coordinates product delivery to
growers at a T&H operation to maximize resources of staff and
to meet customer needs by scheduling and dispatching delivery staff
in a manner which economically utilizes physical and human
resources. May personally deliver product to customers.----Provides
service to walk-in customers. Receives telephone orders from
customers and Sales Representatives. Prepares product mix
instruction sheets, Material Safety Data Sheets, and work
orders.----Makes product purchase recommendations to
Supervisor/Market Manager to ensure adequate inventory to meet
sales and delivery needs. Ensures appropriate receipt and
recordkeeping of unit inventory. Performs physical inventory
counts.----Performs miscellaneous duties such as filing and other
clerical tasks, calculating product amounts, calibrating equipment,
loading trucks, general equipment and plant maintenance, product
storage activities, bending and warehouse work,

6+ months of related experience
and/or training.----Must be organized and able to use the computer
effectively.----Prior experience in the agriculture industry
preferred.----Forklift certification is a plus.----Knowledge of
basic farm equipment and operation preferred--Chemical and/or
fertilizer knowledge.----Knowledge of region and customer
needs.----Demonstrated attention to detail.--Possesses good
interpersonal skills.----Ability to count accurately.----Must be
organized and able to use the computer effectively.----Required
