Job Description Alesco Data Group - Project Manager Overview : Working in a team setting, you will be required to execute counts and process orders while offering targeted data solutions to new & existing clients in an effort to retain them as loyal customers. Responsibilities : - -Produce counts and orders via multiple data interfaces including Alescoleads - Handle all aspects of the paper flow process from client to Accounting - -Enter and audit sales spreadsheets. Work with accounting/customers to correct errors - - Provide rerun orders to clients if needed and execute the rerun paperwork process - - Conduct Web training for the Alescoleads site for new users - Proactively identify opportunity with existing clients (new reps/projects). - Identify recapture opportunities (something gone wrong) - Effectively educate the Data Specialist group. Ensure training is made possible when vendors visit. - -Manage information share within the department (new pricing, new vendors, updated selects, shortcuts) - Ability to interact with all client and prospect levels; including C-level - Ability to create proposals and deliver presentations - Computer literacy; must display proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel - Ability to work independently within team environment - Effective use of CRM tool Company Description Since 2002, Alesco Data has grown to be one of the top data companies in the industry.
