Job Description Immediate opening for our Front Desk/Client Experience person. This person sets the tone for the entire client experience from beginning to end. Must be outgoing, pleasant, patient, self starter willing to take control of the front office. Duties: Answering multi line phone system Booking appointments Greeting and checking in clients and patients Recommending and selling products and pet diets Checking out clients Collecting and handling cash, checks and credit cards correctly Calling clients for appointment reminders and visit follow up. Generating and maintaining email lists Email reminders Mail physical reminders Assist in electronic marketing with updates to Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc Maintain patient files Maintain a clean area and assist with overall hospital cleaning and sanitation Other duties as may be required Requirements Veterinary experience greatly preferred High School Diploma or equivalent Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills Must be fluent in English If you are interested please submit a resume with expected salary range.
