  • Become proficient with solutions, sales scripts, and sales processes.
  • Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty.
  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process.
  • Track and set tasks in Sales CRM for a successful sales process.
  • Good listening and persuasion skills to understand customer needs and requirements and close the deal.
  • Understand and perform effective online demos of our Suite of Solutions to potential Clients and Partners.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals and objectives set by leadership.
  • Improve sales skills to increase sales success rates.
  • Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure where needed.
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects, keeping a full pipeline of opportunity.Requirements and skills
    • Friendly and confident with an outgoing personality.
    • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
    • Strong listening and impressive presentation skills.
    • Persuasion and influencing skills- Building Trust.
    • Good Customer Relationship Management.
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
    • Ability to overcome objection and deal with rejection.
    • Computer and data entry skills.
    • Well-organized with a high level of personal accountability.Education and experience
      • High school diploma or equivalent
      • Experience in sales, customer service, or a related fieldPreferred Qualifications
        • A year or more of experience as an inside sales representative, tele-sales, retail sales, or other customer service-related jobs
