Job Description:

Job Overview:Our client is a locally owned & operated Roofing Contractor providing Commercial & Residential Roofing Services and are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative with a background in commercial and residential roofing to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in estimating roofing projects.
Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques.
  
• Meet with potential clients to assess their roofing needs and provide accurate estimates for projects.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients and explain the benefits of our products and services.
  
• Work closely with the project management team to ensure that estimates are accurate and projects are completed on time and within budget.
  
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals with clients.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including customer interactions and project details.
  
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new products, and competition.
  
• Attend trade shows and industry events to promote our products and services.
  
  Requirements:
  
  • 
    
  • At least 3 years of sales experience in the commercial and residential roofing industry.
    
  • Proven experience in estimating roofing projects.
    
  • Strong knowledge of commercial and residential roofing systems and materials.
    
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and estimating software.
    
  • Valid driver's license
