Responsibilities:
--- Develop and nurture new client relationships to drive business growth in the Fort Myers and Cape Coral areas
--- Persistently follow up on leads supplied by the company
--- Perform comprehensive market research focused on the local area to establish effective competitive pricing strategies
--- Perform open houses in your listings to search for new seller prospects in the area
--- Circle dial around listings to find opportunities
--- Assess property valuations and secure listing agreements with clients

Qualifications:
--- A minimum of one year of experience in the real estate industry
--- Valid Florida real estate license
--- Confirmed sales of no less than $2,500,000 in the preceding 12 months
--- Thorough understanding of local real estate market trends and forces
--- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
--- Proficiency in operating CRM software to manage client information
