Lakes is creating a brand-new restaurant at our RV Resort. We are

Lakes receptionist , you will serve as the primary point of
contact, handling reservations, check-ins/check-outs, and guest
services to ensure a positive, welcoming experience. Key duties of
the receptionist include managing phone lines, processing payments,
handling guest inquiries, and maintaining the front desk.
Responsibilities: Customer Service & Registration: Greet guests,
handle check-ins/check-outs, assign sites, and explain resort
rules. Reservations & Admin: Manage, modify, and cancel
reservations via phone and email. Financial Transactions: Process
payments, manage a cash drawer, and prepare daily reports.
Communication: Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the
appropriate area. Concierge Duties: Provide information about local
attractions, site amenities, and, in some cases, organize guest
activities. Requirements: Skills: Strong communication, computer
proficiency (specifically POS systems or booking software), and
customer service skills. Traits: Friendly, helpful, proactive, and
capable of working in a fast-paced environment Physical: Ability to
stand for long periods and, in some cases, work outdoors or perform
light maintenance. Flexible Schedule: Ability to work a flexible
part-time schedule during Monday through Saturday 11am-5pm.
