( Fort Myers, Cape Coral) Offering a $5,000 sign on bonus! As a Physical Therapist, you'll not only get the opportunity to evaluate and treat your patients but to grow as a leader through community partnership, resident wellness education and development of the outpatient therapy program. This position is designed for the clinician who loves to connect with patients and watch them flourish in their own environment using innovative and fresh clinical programming during treatment. ****Flexible schedule with no holidays or weekends****What We Do:Provide 1:1 patient care creating unique, individualized treatment plans focused on client goals in the comfort of the residents apartment, our on-site therapy clinic or within the general spaces of the communityLead wellness events and classes utilizing Legacy's extensive LiveWell programming databaseCreate and nurture relationships with the residents to promote their ability to thrivePartner and collaborate with the community level leadership and team members to ensure resident wellness Participate in paid, world class clinical program training to afford utilization of these intervention strategies to support achievement of client goalsReceive support and direction to achieve both operational and clinical success through our mentorship program as well as from the therapist leadership teamOpportunity for continued leadership growth through multi-site management Who We Are:Legacy Healthcare Services is a not-for-profit organization originally founded in 1999 by an occupational therapist and continues in the tradition of leadership by therapists for therapists.
