role:The Client Success team follows a Client for Life Philosophy,
and individuals in this role ensure that every Gartner client
receives value far exceeding their investment. Associates seek to
understand and surface client's business priorities, breakdown
challenges, and identify the most effective ways to support the
client in making the right decisions for their business. They are
responsible for onboarding clients, proving the concept of Gartner
services, and stimulating client engagement of products that are
used by large client teams.What you will do:
- Participate in client interactions and calls to learn to manage
relationships with a variety of client stakeholders in IT, HR,
Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Sales practices.
Ensuring clients are successful in the utilization of their Gartner
subscription, resulting in customer satisfaction, retention, and
growth.
- Collaborate with internal partners to ensure we deliver
significant value to clients.
- Work on team projects and initiatives to streamline activities
that support continuous improvement programs.What you will need:
- Availability to intern during summer 2025 for 10 weeks and
graduating between December 2025 to July 2026
- High performance with demonstrated student leadership and/or
work experience; degree in Business, Communications, or Social
Sciences preferred but not required
- A proactive, self-starter mentality, with strong organization
and prioritization skills
- Strong collaboration skills, with positive attitude and high
attention to detail
- Ability to synthesize and organize information into meaningful
content

believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the
base salary range for this role is 52,000 USD - 79,000 USD. Please
note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or
below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to,
education, training, experience, professional achievement, business
need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will
participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and
individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive
