Relationship Building • Welcome and engage customers with
confidence, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm • Create a
relaxed, high-quality buying experience from first conversation
through delivery • Build trust, uncover needs, and guide customers
to the right solution • Maintain a polished showroom presence and
contribute to an outstanding dealership atmosphere Sales &
Follow-Up • Proactively work inbound leads and customer walk-ins to
build a strong pipeline • Manage follow-ups before and after the
sale to drive referrals and repeat business • Present product
features and value clearly to close profitable deals • Accurately
enter deals, customer notes, and documentation into our sales
systems • Assist with trade-ins and support future growth in
brokerage and premium boat sales Requirements: Who We’re Looking
For • Background in outside sales, hospitality, luxury retail, or
consultative sales roles • Strong communication skills and a
natural ability to connect with people • Confident closer who
enjoys guiding—not pressuring—customers • Comfortable with CRM
systems, follow-ups, and basic computer work • Coachable,
competitive, and motivated by both income and lifestyle • Marine or
boating knowledge is a plus—but not required Compensation &
